The hybrid system means you can decide on gas or charcoal each time you cook. If time is on your side, you can simply lift up the grills, add the charcoal, and use the gas burners to light it up. Once it’s going, turn off the burners and you’re ready to get that traditional charcoal BBQ taste. But on days when time is short, or you need more flexibility and control to cook different foods then you can choose gas. You can even use a combination of the two at the same time.

Two levels of grill collect all the meat fats and juices and drain it down a separate canal into a cup ready for disposal – so there’s very little mess and it is much easier to keep clean.

The circular griddle plate can also be swapped out for a clay pizza stone for more cooking options. There is an integrated side ‘Steak Shelf’ – an infrared ceramic sear burner too – for cooking meat or vegetables independently and at different temperatures.
