Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:
✔ Unused items in original condition
✔ Products with original packaging and tags
✔ Orders accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

  1. Initiate Return via your account dashboard
  2. Pack Securely with original packaging
  3. Attach Label (use provided returns label if available)
  4. Post Item via tracked service

Refund Processing

• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Processing time: 3-5 working days after we receive items
• Original delivery fees non-refundable (unless faulty)

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Custom/made-to-order products
❌ Personalised items
❌ Opened bedding/bath products (hygiene reasons)

Faulty Items

For defective products:

  1. Report Within 14 Days with photos/video
  2. Free Return Shipping provided
  3. Choose Replacement or Refund

International Returns

• Customer covers return postage
• Refund excludes original delivery costs
• Include customs documentation

Return Tracking

• Keep your postage receipt until refund completes
• No refunds for lost return shipments
